Custom Web Applications

Your business has processes that off-the-shelf software cannot handle — workflows too specific, integrations that do not exist, logic too complex to configure from a SaaS tool. We build what you actually need: member portals, admin dashboards, data tools, automation systems, billing platforms, and anything else that requires a proper backend.

We have been building web applications for more than 15 years and we know exactly where projects fail: scope that was never clearly defined, database design that makes sense now but breaks under load, error handling that was never thought through, and no documentation for the next person. We address these things at the start, before they become your problems six months in.

We also handle legacy modernization — taking systems built in a different era and making them faster, more maintainable, and easier to extend, without a full rewrite that carries its own risks.

Server & Hosting Infrastructure

A server configured poorly will eventually cause an outage. We set up Linux servers correctly the first time — cPanel and WHM, DNS configuration, Cloudflare integration, SSL and TLS certificates. These are the foundations that need to be right before anything else matters.

If you are on shared hosting and growing out of it, or maintaining a server that nobody fully understands anymore, we handle migrations to VPS or dedicated infrastructure without business disruption. We document everything after setup so your team can manage routine work without calling us every time.

We also diagnose the problems that are difficult to find: performance issues buried in Apache configuration, slow queries running against the wrong indexes, memory leaks that only appear under traffic. These are the kinds of problems we have solved in our own infrastructure over 15 years — not just in client engagements.

Streaming Platforms

We have built and operated live streaming platforms, so we understand this from both sides: the technical requirements and what it actually costs to run a streaming operation. RTMP ingest, CDN delivery, access control, pay-per-view, and subscriber management — from the server layer to the end-user experience.

We work with operators running subscription streaming services, event-based pay-per-view, live broadcast studios, and interactive platforms. We know the problems specific to this format: CDN costs that scale unexpectedly, encoder settings that pass testing and fail at peak load, access control that breaks at the worst moment.

Payment & Billing Systems

Billing is where a software bug costs real money. We integrate Stripe, PayPal, and other processors correctly — one-time payments, subscription billing, recurring charges, trial periods, invoice generation, payment failure handling, retry logic, and refund flows.

We have built billing systems with complex pricing logic: different rates per tier, volume discounts, proration on plan changes, credit systems, and multi-currency support. We know where the edge cases are because we have hit them in our own businesses — not just read about them.

We understand the compliance side: PCI scope, what data should and should not be stored, and how to structure your system so a processor audit does not become a crisis.

AI Integration

AI is useful when it is integrated into something you actually use every day — not when it is a separate tool that requires effort to visit. We integrate LLM APIs into existing products and workflows: customer support tools, content generation pipelines, internal knowledge bases, data extraction systems, and process automation.

We use these tools ourselves in our own operations every day. That means we know where AI genuinely speeds things up and where it adds complexity without enough benefit. That makes us more useful for deciding what to build, not just how to build it.

Analytics & SEO

You cannot make good decisions from data you do not trust. We set up Google Analytics 4 and Search Console correctly, build event tracking that captures what actually matters for your business, and interpret the results in plain language — not a monthly report that requires its own explanation.

We focus on traffic quality and conversion, not traffic volume. A site with 10,000 monthly visitors converting at 0.1% is a different problem from one converting at 3%. We trace where users come from, what they do, and where they leave — and give you a direct answer about what to fix, not a framework for thinking about it.

We handle GA4 migrations for businesses still working from Universal Analytics patterns, and Search Console configuration for multi-domain and multilingual sites that need careful setup to avoid splitting authority across properties.

We look at the full picture — across server, code, payments, SEO, and business logic — rather than just the layer our specialty covers. Most production problems do not live in one place. The server is slow because of a query. The query is slow because of a schema decision made three years ago. Following the chain is how you actually solve it.
