What we build and manage.
We cover the full technical stack for online businesses — software, infrastructure, payments, streaming, AI, and analytics. One team that understands how it all fits together.
Custom Web Applications
We build PHP and JavaScript web applications from scratch — member portals, admin dashboards, data tools, automation systems, and anything else that needs a real backend. MySQL on the database side, clean and functional on the front.
We've been building web applications for over 15 years and we know where projects typically go wrong: unclear scope, weak database design, no thought given to scale, and poor error handling. We address those things before they become problems.
We also handle legacy modernization — taking systems that were built in a different era and making them faster, more maintainable, and easier to extend without a full rewrite.
Server & Hosting Infrastructure
Linux server management, cPanel and WHM setup and administration, DNS configuration, Cloudflare integration, SSL and TLS certificates — the infrastructure layer that needs to work before anything else matters.
We set servers up correctly the first time and keep them running. If you're on shared hosting and growing out of it, or dealing with a server that nobody fully understands anymore, we handle migrations to VPS or dedicated infrastructure without business disruption.
We also troubleshoot the hard problems — performance issues buried in Apache config, slow queries running against the wrong indexes, memory leaks that only appear under load. The things two previous consultants spent weeks on.
Streaming Platforms
We build and manage live video and on-demand video platforms — from the infrastructure side to the business logic. That includes server setup, RTMP ingest configuration, CDN delivery, access control, pay-per-view systems, and subscriber management.
We work with clients running subscription streaming services, event-based pay-per-view, training course platforms, and live event broadcasting. We understand both the technical requirements and the business model behind each of those formats.
If you're running a streaming operation and hitting limits — capacity issues, playback reliability, access control problems, or cost issues with your current CDN setup — that's exactly the kind of problem we work on.
Payment & Billing Systems
Stripe, PayPal, and other payment processors integrated correctly. One-time payments, subscription billing, recurring charges, trial periods, invoice generation, payment failure handling, retry logic, and refund flows.
We've built billing systems for businesses with complex pricing logic — different rates for different tiers, volume discounts, proration on plan changes, credit systems, and multi-currency support. We know where the edge cases are because we've already hit them.
We also understand the compliance side: PCI requirements, what data you should and shouldn't store, and how to structure your system so an audit doesn't become a crisis.
AI Integration
Practical AI built into things you actually use — not experiments. We integrate LLM APIs into your existing products and workflows: customer support tools, content generation pipelines, internal knowledge bases, data extraction, and process automation.
We use AI ourselves in day-to-day development work, so we know where it genuinely speeds things up and where it adds complexity without enough benefit. That makes us useful for deciding what to build, not just how to build it.
We can also help you think through AI strategy — what makes sense for your specific business, what risks to consider, and how to avoid building something you'll need to replace in six months when the underlying models change.
Analytics & SEO
Google Analytics 4 setup and interpretation, Google Search Console, proper event tracking, and the technical SEO work that actually affects rankings — page speed, Core Web Vitals, indexing, structured data, canonical tags, and crawlability.
We look at traffic quality, not just traffic volume. A site with 10,000 monthly visitors converting at 0.1% is a different problem from one converting at 3%. We analyse where users come from, what they do, and where they leave — and we tell you what to fix.
We also handle GA4 migrations for businesses that are still using Universal Analytics data patterns in GA4, and Search Console setups for multi-domain or multilingual sites that need careful configuration.
Technical Consulting
This covers a wide range of situations: you have a technical problem that nobody has been able to solve, a business idea that needs a reality check on the technology side, a vendor telling you something that doesn't sound right, or an existing system with problems you can't fully diagnose.
We help by looking at the full picture — across server, code, payments, SEO, UX, and business logic — rather than just the layer our specialty happens to cover. Most production problems don't live in one place.
Consulting engagements range from a single call to answer a specific question, to longer engagements where we work through a problem over several weeks. We charge by the hour and tell you upfront how much time we think it will take.
If you're evaluating a significant technology decision — whether to build vs. buy, which infrastructure to use, whether a proposed architecture makes sense — that's a good use of consulting time with us.
Not sure which service fits your situation?
Call or email us and describe what you're working on. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit and what we think you actually need.
