We have operated the systems we build.

Before LCNTech became a consultancy, we built and ran our own online businesses — live streaming platforms, payment systems, membership sites, content delivery infrastructure, and custom software. We have been through the 2am server outage, the payment processor that changed its API without notice, and the billing system that started double-charging members on a Sunday. That operating experience changes how we approach every project.

We are not generalists who happen to work on tech. We are specialists in the specific problems that online businesses run into: infrastructure that breaks under load, billing systems with edge cases nobody planned for, streaming platforms that fail at peak traffic, and SEO that looks fine but does not drive revenue. When you describe your problem, we have likely seen it before — in our own businesses, not just in client work.

We work directly with business owners and technical leads — without layers of account managers or project coordinators in between. When you call or email, you are talking to the person who will do the work.

We take on projects we can actually deliver and tell you honestly when we cannot. If something is outside our scope or you would be better served by someone else, we say so.

What we are especially good at
Where we add the most value
  • Seeing the full picture Problems that span server, code, payments, SEO, and business logic at once — instead of just the layer one specialist owns.
  • Figuring out what you actually need Most clients come in with a solution in mind. We help them check whether it's the right one.
  • Spotting weak points before they fail In systems, in sales flows, in billing logic, in infrastructure. We've seen enough of these break to know what to look for.
  • Translating business goals into working technology Taking a messy business idea and working out what to actually build, how to scope it, and what to skip.
  • Troubleshooting complicated messes The problems that are hard to reproduce, live across multiple systems, or that nobody has been able to pin down.

Online businesses that run real technical systems.

Our clients typically run membership sites, streaming platforms, e-commerce operations, software products, or businesses with custom internal tools. What they share is a dependency on technology that has to work.

Software & platforms

Web applications, member portals, internal tools, dashboards, and SaaS products that need a reliable backend and clean data model.

Streaming & media

Live and on-demand video platforms with subscription or pay-per-view models, including the access control and billing that comes with them.

E-commerce & billing

Businesses with recurring billing, complex pricing logic, or payment flows that need to be rock solid because revenue depends on them.

Infrastructure-heavy operations

Sites and services that have outgrown shared hosting or have server setups that nobody fully understands anymore and need to be sorted out.

What we like less

We're not the right fit for everything, and it's worth being direct about that.

We don't enjoy purely decorative design work with no business purpose. We're not interested in slow team coordination through layers of process. We don't work well with clients who want vague commitments or who aren't sure what they're trying to achieve.

We do our best work when the problem is clear, the business goal is real, and the client wants a straight answer about what to build and how much it will cost.

If that sounds like how you prefer to work, we're probably a good fit.

Let's talk about what you're working on.

Tell us the situation. We'll be direct about whether we can help and what it would look like.
